Stumbled in here starving from the amazing Skywings falconry (Parahawking) around the corner. I had the €8 menu del dia, with salmorejo Cordoba to start with that was full of flavour but a little salty, came with bread and olive oil and fresh bitter olives. For main course I had mixed fried fish; anchovies, fish and squid. We ordered some red wine and were surprised to find it was 20 years old! It was still OK but only just. My partner ordered fried anchovies followed by presa Ibérica pork which was a little over cooked. It came with chips, sliced cooked peppers and a very pungent garlic potato salad. Best coffee and mollette for many kilometres The standards of food and service was excellent. It was very late to get a breakfast but they happily obliged. Freshly toasted with real butter and great choice of preserves. Delicious coffee.. The staff spoke quite good English and were smiling and friendly. Whole restaurant was very clean and bright, with parking directly in front Going to be a reqularly stop for me when visiting the area. I will definitely be returning in next few days to try the full menu xx
Típico sitio de carretera en Algodonales, donde además tienen un menú del día por 10€ que es parte de la carta. Buen sitio para ir y no gastar mucho dinero. Repetiré
Restaurante de carretera a las afueras del pueblo de Algodonales. Comida a la brasa muy buena y muy abundante. Postres riquísimos. Decoración cinegética.
Lugar muy frecuentado por senderistas los fines de semana, y gente de la zona. Tiene vistas muy agradables de la sierra. Se desayuna muy bien
