Walked in to no hostess, servers come out from where they were hiding to usher you to a table that is sticky, having no salt or pepper and then be welcomed with the obnoxious rantings of a half drunk bartender. Our server, who 's name was never said, came with a bad attitude and just could not get our drink order right. We got queso which was the best thing there. When we finally did get our food it was completely lack luster; flavorless and bland. The seasonings would 've helped there. Upon our complaints to another server who checked on us, SHE was more understanding and wanted to hear our complaint. The food was outstanding but no food is good enough to make up for service this poor! We went after the usual lunch hour so there were only 2 occupied tables in the restaurant (ours and 1 other). Our server spent our meal either no where to be found or at an unoccupied table across the restaurant immersed in her phone. At least the time she was in the dinning room we were actually able to shout across the restaurant to get her attention when we needed something. Both times we had to do this she made sure to finish typing the message she was sending before getting up to deal with her incredibly inconvenient customers. The featured drink Blue Hawaiian was sweet and hit the spot. I always get the tinga bowl and I tried the birria tacos and they were great too. And I always get the guacamole because it is definitely homemade. Love the customer service and the food does not disappoint.
FOH is severely understaffed. Our original server forgot she sat us at our table and told us as much. Waited 30 minutes for a couple of drinks when another server walked up and told us we “seemed mad”. We ended up leaving. Very weird vibe from the few staff they had. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Love this place! I come here whenever I get a chance. Food is so delicious and staff is on point and super friendly. If you want a good Birria place I highly recommend this location.
The food and drinks at Casita are DELICIOUS!!! Go see Ashley, the best bartender in Atlanta! She will make you the best margarita you’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back!!
My second time here and had a different a server but the service is always Great and so is the food . Super friendly staff that actually talks to you and is FRIENDLY .
