Best Italian I've had (yes I've been to Italy and yes I've eaten at hatted restaurants).The stand out dishes such as gnocchi Gorgonzola, chicken boscaiola and the lamb with brandy cream sauce are beyond refute and the pan a cotta and tiramisu is amazing. Joe is such a nice guy.I've eaten here for years, had my engagement party here and if my wedding venue allowed it he'd be cooking for my wedding as well.
My neighbor and I decided to order pizzas for takeout from this restaurant. I appreciated that we had the option to choose between two different sizes of pizza, as a regular size is usually too much for me. We ended up getting a medium pizza with just mozzarella and prosciutto, along with a Capricciosa. I enjoyed my pizza, but found the Capricciosa to be a bit too salty for my liking.
This place is an absolute gem, the staff are the best I’ve experienced In Sydney and the food speaks for it self. Staff are extremely attentive and incredibly eager to do all they can to ensure they are delivering the best experience possible. You can’t go wrong with the pasta or the pizza but the “must try” is the Tiramisu. Perfect night!
My friend suggested I try the blue swimmer crab pasta with Napoleon sauce at this restaurant. I usually don't like tomato-based pasta dishes, so I wasn't expecting much. Really happy with food and service here. Authentic Italian food in good vibe place. This restaurant is not narrow. We went there on Friday night and called them to book a table 30 mins earlier. Not crowded, relaxing music around.
