We hired Celebrations to handle the catering and bartending for our wedding in June 2023 at the Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. The team was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process and made everything go smoothly on the big day. The appetizers during the cocktail hour and the buffet selection were absolutely delicious. The staff and bartender were very friendly and attentive. An added bonus was that we were allowed to take the leftovers home with us, so we could continue to enjoy the incredible food. I highly recommend their services!
I highly recommend this restaurant! The appetizers and entrees served at our wedding were incredible, and my family and guests couldn’t stop praising them. Amy Strike was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The company offers a free food tasting before you place your final order, which was extremely helpful in selecting our dishes. They have a vast selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from. We were also grateful that they allowed my family to take home the leftovers after the wedding.
We recently had Celebrations Catering for my daughters wedding and I can’t say enough about the food. From the appetizers to the main course we were very satisfied. Our guests raved about the the buffet from the beef tenderloin, to the grilled chicken and side dishes of real mashed potatoes and pasta. We had so many choices!The prices were reasonable, the options were plentiful and Vice President Amy Strike was very helpful and pleasant. I used celebrations to cater my wedding this past weekend and I can’t say enough great things about them. There was so many choices to chose from, from the appetizers to the dinner all our guests were so pleased.I also can’t thank Amie, the bartender enough for being so wonderful. She was so friendly and fun! She also captured some of the best moments we had and sent them to me the next day. If we were to use celebrations again I would definitely request her!Wedding 10.22.22

I was disappointed to learn that Instant Catering does not offer tastings, even with a deposit. This seems like poor business practice to me. While the staff were friendly in our email communications, I would advise against spending your money here, as it feels like too much of a gamble given their pricing. I didn't end up using their services, so I can't comment on the food itself, but I felt it was important to highlight their questionable business practices.
We recently used Celebrations for catering at our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding, and both meals were INCREDIBLE. Our guests are still raving about the food! Every single dish was amazing, and the whole process was so smooth. Amy and the rest of the team are very easy to work with, and so thoughtful. The marquee was even customized with our names when we came for our tasting, so fun! You won’t regret using them for your next event!
We recently used Celebrations for our daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party. After searching for a caterer for over a month, I thankfully came upon Celebrations. They took my party on short notice for a reasonable price, were super accommodating to our unique requests, delivered the order as promised with friendly service, and the food was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely use them again.
Amazing! Provided the meal for my Dad's celebration of life... I couldn't keep up with the requests asking who the caterer was. I was too distracted to take pictures but everything was fantastic. The service, the set up, the food and everything was wonderful. From the first contact to the last, everything was perfect. I could not recommend more and will definitely be using again. Thank you!!
