VERY DISAPPOINTED DINNER, LOOK at the PICTURES and make your own assessment. I will never go back to this location, been throughout the world and have eaten at many different restaurants. This location is on my top for Worse Service, FOOD and overall CUSTOMER SERVICE and satisfaction. They added a mandatory tip, when it was not noted in their menu or signs at their restaurant. I asked for the tip to be removed, this is when they explained that it was a mandatory tip. However we did not order any Alcohol. It originally was 22%. I placed a takeout order today, and when we opened the bag, one of the meals was missing the rice it was supposed to come with. This restaurant is located a half hour from my home, and parking in Manchester is not convenient, making it difficult to go in and address the issue. I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing rice, but all they offered was to give me rice on my next visit. I explained to the woman that if I returned, I would be ordering a meal, and a side of rice wouldn’t make sense since it was supposed to be included with the meal. Well I’ve heard so many good things about Kisaki and wanted to try it. I am so grateful that David treated me to dinner out here. The sushi was very good but I wouldn’t expect any less quality for the high price tag they feel the experience is worth. Definitely overpriced for Manchester given the atmosphere as well as service leaves much to be desired. I believe like other popular Asian cuisines in town the high reviews is due to a local population that have never had the experience of eating in Boston, certainly not San Diego or even Japan. We went for all you can eat to celebrate my birthday. This was our first time so we did not know how things work with ordering food. Turns out almost two hours later we were still hungry sitting at our table. Apparently the plates are a single serving one bite for one person (appetizers). Brought to you with large time gaps. This was my first time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They were really friendly and made sure to help us understand the menu options. The food was amazing. Our Server was friendly, funny, and always ready for us when we were ready for more food. The seaweed salad looked scary, but 2 bites in, I was already planning my next trip to eat there just to have more. I really can't wait to go back again.
The food is good. Service suffers from thinking they are successful enough that service doesn't matter. Greetings are curt and borderline rude. Guests are ignored once seated. This restaurant is better through a delivery app. I do not recommend sitting down to eat. At the very least, bring your own water and expect to sit around for a while.
The food was great, but the wait time was a bit longer than expected. We ordered some of the simplest dishes on the menu, and it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. I plan to visit again and will update my review if I find that this was just a one-time issue. Rating: 4/5.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the servers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
