Excellent value. The simple food and the 6 at our table were very satisfied with their choice of main dishes. The large buffet with the main dish had good pasta, sliced meat and salads. This village restaurant defends the tradition of popular well-being in the Valley of Aude. It owes its reputation to its excellent buffet of admissions, which offers a quality cutlery and a salaison (the owner's chef is also a charcutier catererer). In December 2021, when we went there, the dish of the day was (among others) a grilled pintad, accompanied by green beans and gratins of very well prepared and generously served potatoes. Dessert: rum baba. Everything for 15 € (including country wine). A courteous and energetic service. They say: Thank you and Bravo.
It is a beautiful place because the hostess is at the top, the menu is composed of a buffet of charcuterie and homemade crudities and the dish the cheeks of pork to eat on the head of a poodle ...bref an ideal address for thispie not to be missed. Trying to adopt it...

Very nice home with smile, beautiful entrance buffet, excellent meats. We have to stop there between 12 and 14 hours.
