Samstagmittag, nicht sehr viel los, aber dennoch ein tolles Erlebnis an diesem authentischen Ort mitten im Nirgendwo, umgeben von Kühen und Sprüngen. Sobald sie eintreten, ist es warm und gemütlich. Versuchen Sie, in der Küche zu sitzen, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. aber warte, bis sie. croute au fromage. Noch nie hatte man so ein, in 3 Größen angebotenes, Medium Royal nach einer kalten Platte als Vorspeise angeboten. mittel ist immer noch groß! Legen Sie auf die Brotscheibe, falls gewünscht, eine dicke Schicht Käsesoufflé, übrigens ausgezeichnet und das königliche Ei! Das Soufflé macht es einfacher. wenn es sein kann und originell!

Once you get in, it's warm, cozy (try to sit in kitchen) and staff is very welcoming. But wait till you...receive your Croute au fromage. Never had one like this before, offered in sizes, did the mistake to take medium royal after a cold plate as an appetizer. Medium is still big! On top of the slice of bread lay ham if wanted , a thick layer of cheese soufflé, excellent by the way and the royal egg! The souffle makes it lighter... If can be and original !

we had a great time to share the fondue high in jura in a unique and authentic Swiss farm environment. the fondue was delicious, the service was warm and attentive and the place was very popular with locals. we had some hardships to find it, but a quicker call solved the problem and we learned to follow signs from baulmes to the col de l’aiguillon, then follow the sign after grange neuve. an unforgettable evening! We had some difficulty finding it, but a...quick phone call resolved the issue and we learned to follow signs from Baulmes to the Col de l'Aiguillon, then follow signs to Grange-Neuve. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau hatten wir mit unserer Familie ein sehr gutes Mittagessen in diesem Restaurator. Das Essen war sehr gut, wir aßen die Spezialität des Hauses und fertigten einen Zitronenkuchen an. Die Preise sind in Ordnung und an einem großen Ausflugstag nicht zu teuer. Wenn sie im Fuß sind, gibt es viele Routen
