I'm thrilled that my favorite restaurant in LA is still open! They offer outdoor seating now, and we enjoyed our meal in the garden area that used to serve as the waiting space. It was lovely, and we were well spaced apart. They managed to provide outstanding service while adhering to social distancing guidelines and minimizing contact. And let me tell you, the food is simply the best in the city! Are reservations difficult to come by? Absolutely. The food is incredible; what did you expect? This is the place where I want to celebrate every special occasion. With amazing food in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere, it truly doesn't get better than this!
I ordered the top sirloin steak, but unfortunately, it was overcooked and didn’t taste like a top sirloin at all; it seemed like a different cut altogether. No matter how it might have been cooked, I feel the result would have still been mediocre. However, the service was excellent, striking a good balance between being attentive without being intrusive. We received a generous discount on our bill without even asking, which was a nice surprise. Although the restaurant's main dining area was closed and we were seated in the bar area, it was still a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the fireplace added a nice touch.
Had a great few days at the Courtyard. Room was nice, bed comfy, better than average gym. Front desk staff was very frieldny and welcoming. Jinky and Sherry were exceptional. Had two separate meals in the restaurant. Burger was great, service was amazing. Liz, Richard and Tony were friendly and knowledgable of the area and the menu. I loved trying a few different local beers and whiskies. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area for business. Thank you
We arrived at 8:30 and placed our dinner order. By 9:15, we were informed that they had lost our order and that the grill was closed, so they wouldn’t be serving us. It is what it is. And what is that exactly? It's your typical restaurant in just about any hotel. All the breakfast favorites. Buffett style, with omelettes made to order. I gave 4 stars because of the staff. Very friendly and professional.
I dined in and waited an hour and 15 minutes for the appetizer. I paid $42 for a meal that was far from satisfying. I would have preferred to microwave a frozen kids' meal instead.
The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding—truly top-notch. I have no complaints at all; it was definitely a pleasure to visit!
