Prices are typical of a fine dining restaurant very high; but without knowing the quality/background of the people that prepare the food (ex., cooks versus bonafide formally trained chefs) I couldn 't say if the prices charged were worth it. The food was very good, although, the prime rib one person in our party of 4 seemed to be cooked 'rare ' instead of 'medium ' as he had ordered it. Beautiful location and views, though, and very good service. Parking: Parking is in the hillside along a steep driveway with two parking lots at different levels, so be prepared for that. Salmon not cooked completely done. Ask for a baked potato WITHOUT sour cream. The potato comes late with sour cream. By the time the second potato arrives (15 minutes later)were done with the meal. The server didn't know what she was doing. Try training your whole crew on how to run a high end restaurant because this Chart House sucks in the service and the kitchen. View- 2 stars, but building is old and definitely needs a remodel. Last time that I will eat here.
Somewhat disappointed in Chart House. Friends took me there for my bday and looked forward to a relaxing dinner watching the sunset. Server didn't really engage with us and we felt rushed to eat, drink and go sadly. Plenty of open tables, so really didn't understand the push! Food was good, especially the appetizers. Missed the salad bar from my last visits. Will I return......possibly.

Always a fantastic meal and atmosphere. We come twice a year and the Chart House never disappoints. Came with a friend and we both got the pre fix menu, the mango mojito, and the kimchee calamari appetizer. We also upgraded our prime rib to the next cut! We will be back!
