The CHARTHOUSE was a very memorable dining experience that my ex wife and I often enjoyed “years ago”. It wasn’t till after her passing that I suddenly recalled how we always relished eating there when we were younger and married without children. we really enjoyed the spiny lobster. we had grilled and baked it. both were delicious. the ambiente is the second one that sits directly opposite the harbour. I've gone to the chart house since 1969, and it's still as charming as ever. our service was exemplary. shane, was our waiter, and we could not be happier with the kind we are treated. very happy we were able to experience charthouse waikiki.
There was 5 of us, a couple their parents and me. Table was perfectly situated to see the sunset, servers were very nice and knowledgeable, the fuss was excellent and we ask had a lovely dinner!
This was for my birthday. Everything came out Luke warm, my water glass was dirty, and the service seemed rushed even though the restaurant was not full. Not worth the price tag.

chart house wiakiki offers excellent food and excellent service. the decoration seemed a little dated, but it was good enough to eat there more than once.
Food was good, staff very attentive. Only complaint is temperature as it’s open air. If there isn’t a breeze it gets really warm.
I love the location and the view towards the harbor. The food was good too, a bit overpriced though.
