Ich ging in den Bahnhof von Chatim Hurstville an der Waldstraße. Es war der schlechteste Kundendienst, den ich je erlebt habe! Der 18. Geburtstag der Tochter war heute der 18. Geburtstag, und der Server würde meiner Tochter nicht zulassen, ein kostenloses Geburtstagsgetränk zu beanspruchen, weil meine Tochter keine Ausweiskarte mit einem Foto von sich selbst mitbrachte, weil sie zuvor keine brauchte, um das kostenlose Geburtstagsgetränk zu beanspruchen .

I went to Chatime Hurstville train station along Forest Road. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! It was my daughter’s 18th Birthday today and the server wouldn't allow my daughter to claim a free birthday drink because my daughter did not bring an ID card with a photo of herself because previously she hadn't needed one to claim the free Birthday drink.
The server did not even try to contact her manager when I asked to speak to him and I was clearly upset and frustrated.
The server was completely rude to me and my daughter and she had no manners. I showed her many cards including my daughter’s medicare card and her library card which did not have a photo...
