please let me think about this very very unprofessional customer service I have just received. I waited for 5 minutes in the car ride thru, just to move to the window and the young one is not sitting on the counter back and forth with me said that I was there for 5 minutes and tells me that I'm going back while a car is behind me. then here when it comes. the old lady manager tells me that I was already there because she saw me on the camera and that I was pulled out and then came back and that I was not there for 5 minutes! I asked if they meant that to you seriously? their answer "I will show them how serious I am and the window closed and the command behind me took. they really should pay...
I’m literally just DoorDashing and I’m new to it so I pulled up to the speaker and said I have a DoorDash and the lady rudely told me to go to the left side of the building and I asked if she meant the window that I got out my car at and she was like “did I ever say anything about getting out your car? No” and I was like “okay u don’t have to have an attitude about it I was just wondering” and she said “u asked a question and I answered” then proceeded to laugh over the mic. Idk what’s going on but for the past couple months nobody at this store has been respectful especially the night shifts. Like I literally was just wondering I didn’t deserve to get an attitude lol.
the place is in human i was there on Friday 26. august 830 pm .ich waited 10 minutes when I was the loudspeaker. the woman is beyond rude, she is a racist! I didn't do that. I'm a veteran, I actually have her non-human customer service.. She poked the bear, here I come. I pray that this is a company business, but if it is a franchise, I go to the top to vote my wut at the terrible terrible way i was treated!. arghhh I have only read the previous reviews, it is a repeater, to sell at customers, where did this non-have come from? who has raised this chaos has come, I am on the march to help fix, anti human behavior
this evaluation is closely related to our experience with the worker mel on 7/19/22. like a rareness in today's days in the fast food journey through , mel was excellent. we had a large order with changes and separate transactions. she was friendly, polite, helpful and only really a breath of fresh air. Moreover, our order was correct and it even has sauces and serviettes without asking us. overall a pleasant experience. mel, thank you for being nice! When you read this, she deserves a raise!

i wouldn't recommend this at all there was an older lady over the intercom with an attitude and she handed the food vigorously and kept the card and gave it to me with the food (felt unsafe) and she screamed at me because all she said was pull forward but didn't say where and then screamed at me to back up with an attitude
Been going here quite awhile. Live close by. Very good selection of food. Ice cream is cold heavy on cones or in shakes. Fish chicken sandwiches excellent along with French fries. Employees very friendly good Service.
They have been on point lately! I gave 4 stars cuz sometimes they mess up but nothing big and they always fix the order if it is. Great people and great food try the tenders they bomb af and recommended by employees
One: Darren the cashier was a sweet however wtf is up with the pick up process!!! They took my money 5 windows ago. Management you are by the airport you need a better system

Today at 3:30 PM, we visited this restaurant and I have to say that the young man at the front was like a breath of fresh air!!! He was very polite and talented!!
This is one of my grandson's favorite fast food restaurants. The food here is still delicious especially the frozen drinks and hot fries.
