Horrible service. Went home starving. I was at the drive thru menu and was told to wait. I waited for about 20 minutes at a fast food joint! All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and fries. I then proceeded to go to the next window because I was not serviced. Once I get there I’m told to go back around. Who wants to wait another 20-30 in a maze to get food. This place is a trap if you choose to leave you’re stuck once you drive to the menu. Customer service definitely needs work there. If you want to wait 20 minutes and waste gas just to place your order then go there.
I visited this restaurant for the first time about a week or two ago. It was also my first time trying Checkers and I was not disappointed by the food. I used the Drive-Thru service and found the ordering process to be smooth. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and handed to me promptly. My only concern was the location in Paterson, as it may feel a bit unsafe at times. However, if you can overlook that, the drive is worth it to enjoy some delicious and reasonably priced food!
Food is decent but overpriced! The fries and the milkshakes are the best items on the menu, but only if the fries are crispy and not oily and saggy. If the walk in closed at 3am like they used to and they didn't raise the prices. I would give them 4 stars for convenience and value. And wait time can be pretty long decent amount of the times I order there, but there's times when they're a bit speedy.
Gave 2 stars cause the bald headed meatball that calls him self a manager has a bad attitude problem. How hard is you’re job honestly? Have a smile and stop talking tough im that uber driver you’re window guy has more profession than you and thats sad

My experience at this restaurant was quite pleasant. The young lady working at the window was polite and accommodating. I decided to try the Candied Bacon Cruncher chicken sandwich, and while it was a little messy, it was extremely delicious.
I love this place, but I don't like that they always ask you to stop before the drive-thru window and then tell you to park on the other side of the building. I ended up waiting there for about 20 minutes, which was not good at all.
The staff is incompetent, slow, definitely not a hygienic kitchen, the staff is rude, there is so much to say, I can't write more, I definitely do not recommend…
Food here is ok, went last night they run out of food, maybe because of the time I guess. Customer service was good, very polite lady.

The staff at this restaurant is truly friendly! And you can't go wrong with a 69 cent soft serve ice cream.
