The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The woman working there got three items wrong in my order and when I asked for a replacement or refund, she demanded that I pay for the item again. This same woman was also smoking while taking my order. I do not want to give my hard-earned money to people who cannot take responsibility for their mistakes. I will not be returning to this establishment unless I receive a sincere apology from the manager. The service and food were absolutely disgusting.
Going to start out with saying they really need to do something about that parking lot and drive through. It's been ridiculous and it's been ridiculous for a while now it needs to be fixed. Actually going to lower my rating down to two stars until they fix it. Went there to try out the new fry flavored chicken tenders and they're tasty but nothing special really. The fries are always hot and fresh though so that's a good thing I'm going to go back up to three stars because they do hold true to that.
To the person whose name I have been using at the drive thru. Thank you for letting me know that it made you feel uncomfortable. It is never my intention to upset anyone especially someone I think so highly of. You always get my orders correct and quickly. I can understand how hard it must be for an introvert to work someplace as front facing as a drive thru. I’m sure you just want to do your job and actually interact with people as little as possible. Thank you for your hard work.
My Uncle I had lunch on 6-9-22CHEESE BURGER W/BACON COMBO, SMALL BANNA SHAKE SMALL FRY. $17THE BURGER WAS OVERCOOKED AND VERY SALTY. THE SHAKE WAS LIQUID. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE FRIES, BUT VERY SMALL PORTION FOR THE PRICE. HAD TO GO BACK IN LINE TO REQUEST A REFUND AND WAIT AGAIN. THE WALK UP WINDOW WAS NOT IN SER. Ordered food on DD, then 5 minutes later I'm told my order has been canceled....after it was already accepted. Just shut the whole restaurant down if you aren't going to honor your hours of operation. Would give 0 stars if I could.Response to owner: complaint submitted online. Thank you.
Open business that will not accept orders from paying customers. The city needs to do something about businesses that advertise as open when they are not. These are misleading business practices and having said business in the city harms the community
this place literally had nothing available. Why do they remain open at all? that didn't bother me. it was the driving setting of the hired who threw me away. that's not a reason. Tell him to leave his job if he's so unhappy.
