We ordered our drinks and appetizer and then when we went to order our entrees I was informed they did not have what I ordered. I wasn’t real hungry so I just settled for my appetizer. My wife ordered a salad and soup. They brought her salad and said that we would have to wait on the soup since they had to make more. Our server then told us that the manager was taking care of our bill because of the problems we endured while we were there. Amazing customer service! I gave 4 stars because of them being out of what I ordered and I heard them tell another customer that they were out of the side that he ordered. One star on their chicken pot pies. I ordered one and I had to remove all the chicken, because it was all gristle. And no salt. Not good especially coming from Cheddar's. One star on the service. The dingbat hostesses stand there and refuse to help open the door for anyone using walkers they watch them struggle trying to open the doors and use the walker every time.
Cheddar’s has the VERY BEST Monte Cristo sandwich, and I have been ordering that every time I go there or order take out. However, I was craving chicken fried steak a few days ago, so I ordered that while dining in. OH MY GOODNESS!!! BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAK EVER!!!! I highly recommend Cheddar’s. Oh, and the honey butter croissants are to die for!
Ordered the buffalo chicken tender platter with Idaho Mashed Potatoes and the broccoli casserole. The food was very delicious with large portions. The strawberry lemonade was an excellent beverage choice. To finish we shared a cookie monster which was delicious. Great place to eat ever so often. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great food. I got the smokehouse burger which as recommended was a great eat. Juicy with no sesame seed bun. I had a bite of my wife’s salmon and rice. Rice was a tad dry and the salmon as well. Overall the service was great and the workers were awesome to serve us 30 mins to close.
Savannah was very polite and helpful. She told us her name. She brought our food out and immediately saw my loaded baked potato had very little cheese. She said, I will be back with some cheese. She dropped off a to go box without us asking. She is the best waitress I 've ever had.
Visited twice in one night. Had to get my dad an order to go (Chicken Pot Pie). Wife and I returned later for a dinning in. Had a great meal.
