One of the best burger restaurants around they are known for their very creative burger and poutine options (Thai chili poutine is a must try! and excellent mexican food! And the best part is the customization whether you order a burrito or burger or anything else, the variety of toppings and sauces you can choose from easily beats out a place like Subway or Harvey's.I've eaten here many times and never once have I had a bad experience food quality is always top notch and service is fast and friendly. I’m sorry to say it but the food was seriously disgusting. I got the haddock burger. Tasted like it’s been thrown in the frier multiple times over and was old. The tartar sauce on the burger was not good either. I had coleslaw on the side, tasted like it was sitting in the container for a long time. Everything just tasted out of date. Staff member also scraped the last tiny bit of limp WET lettuce out of the container and put it on my burger. Not to mention dirty atmosphere and flies flying around everywhere. I understand not being able to clean tables right away after a rush but it’s kind of disgusting to try to eat with fruit flies flying all around your food and face. :
Ordered online, two burgers and a jumbo poutine. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes early (expected to wait) my order was sitting under a heat lamp. When I arrived home less than five minutes later I opened the bag to find soggy poutine and two hamburgers were made completely wrong and looked and tasted absolutely discussing. We took a few bites and decided we couldn't eat it. $45.00 dollars in the garbage. I will go with my gut next time and eat a Boom Burger down the road.
Had dinner with my wife and 3 teens. We each ordered a unique burger, hotdogs fries and 3 different poutines.The food was hot, delicious and nicely prepared.The staff were friendly and professional even though they became very busy (dinner rush).The restaurant was spotless as well.We really enjoy gourmet burgers like five guys and boom burgers but I must say Cheese Curds is the best and my new favourite.
Me and my boyfriend when to this location last night with my three teens. The staff was just an absolute delight.. there was a young lady behind the counter making a taco for my daughter and she went above and beyond to make her taco just right, even down to frying up some mushrooms for her. 110% would go here and recommend this spot. Epic job you guys.
Absolutely rude staff, the one cooking the burgers snapped at me cause I wanted a mushroom Swiss burger then asked for sour cream on it. They were trying to sell wilted brown slimy lettuce to customers and got mad when asked to change it, highly recommend going to the Halifax shopping or South Park locations instead.Thoroughly disgusted. Do better
Service was okay. Food was delicious. Wait time's weren't too long. Would have loved some crispy bacon on my burger instead of soft undercooked bacon but it still tasted delicious. Love the burrito's here, always tasty and fresh.
the mozzarella crunch burger was good! the fries were not that great, though. the service was good, food not so much.
Burger was juicy and flavorful, you get exactly what you want on top. Fries are delicious, lots of bark and taste.
