I was supposed to receive my 5-day cleanse order on Tuesday, February 15, as per the email from Chef V. Now, it’s Thursday, February 17, and I still haven't received my order. When I try to call, it goes directly to voicemail, which is full, so I can't leave a message. The recording suggests emailing them as the quickest way to get in touch, but I haven't received any response. I would really like to hear from the business about what’s happening. At this point, I’m considering contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Warning! I had been following Chef V for over a year, but I've experienced delivery issues every couple of months. It's like playing the lottery—you never know if your order will arrive or not. They've recently switched to FedEx, but now the delivery service just leaves the package at your door, which means your fresh juice can sit in the sun for hours.
Absolutely the best juice you can order as the juice is made with love but not only that Chef V and all the people working for the company are beyond fabulous, especially customer service.
