in an old KFC building, the atmosphere is what it is. they have table service and are very friendly and remember their customers, but everyone is greeted with a friendly hallo! eating is usually very fresh and quite tasty and they will also try custom. typical farewell nothing special, but quite tasty and good portions. the prices are very good and they are very timely with the orders. good restaurant for the money.
Ordered take-out from this place the other night. The food was hot when we got home, but lacked great flavour. The Seafood Chow Mein had IMITATION crab and the smallest scallops I've ever seen. The spring rolls had an odd flavour and the honey garlic...ribs were more bone than meat. If you want super quick take-out and are not too fussy about quality...this restaurant fits the bill.
we have ordered several times from here and never had a complaint. the service is usually quite fast, unless you try to order on New Year's Eve! tht was crazy. that would have been 3 hours before it would be ready. overall it is...big for families. the whole family enjoys it.

sorry to say but this food is low quality. The chicken corn soup had some very weird meat in it that had me wondering if it was even chicken? The rest of the food is very bland. Best to try somewhere else.
Our usual Chinese food spot was closed so, on advise, we ordered take out at Chen's. Never again! Bland and over cooked...stomach cramps all night! Actually threw out the left overs...say no more!

This nondescript spartan restaurant houses the best freshest Chinese food I've ever had. Highly recommended.
