Chez Arthur - La Clusaz

we had actually lunch here during our stay. because it is not so much competition. our first visit was not good, the service left much to wish, although the eating was good. the tartiflettte is excellent. as English we felt that we were not welcome. but we went back, because of the food, it was Saturday and very busy, but the open and outer area that has green walls and is heated. this time the service was much better and very friendly. it is very busy and they can not book either.

Fairly standard range of sausages, soups, chips, salads etc. None of which were particularly noteworthy! You'll be visiting Chez Arthur more for the location – right off the Crep du Merle ski lifts – than the incredible cuisine, but it's a decent place to go for...lunch and the staff are pleasant.

Chez Arthur is never our first choice of place to stop, but having said that it's not too bad especially for year old with huge appetite. Pasta is fine. I always find the coffee too bitter and have hot choc but that's just...me.

Came on January had a great time, great food, great service a warm welcome would recommend. Is Self service but swift and efficient and the service could not be more friendly and the place was warm.

we sat outside on one occasion then on another sat inside for a hot chocolate. The service was good and the food looked good
