Incontournable, for us this restaurant is “the most Corsica of the restaurants of the city” from the entrance to the dessert of freshness to the quality of the kitchen! What to choose between the specialties offered! This time it will be “sartenaise tripettes” the Flan with chestnut and cheese plate!! Thanks for the welcome and service!
A meal like we love them! If you are looking for authenticity, rich, tasty dishes, a service where friendliness and courtesy are on the verge of conviviality...you are in the right place! Our choice stopped on the triplet and the cannellonis and for dessert the flan with chestnuts and fiadone...simply a feast! We highly recommend!!!
A small family style restaurant with authentic Corsican traditional dishes. My roasted lamb was delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned . The chestnut flan is also a specialty. Great service and price quality ratio!
Excellent cuisine, very happy to have found Jean Noel in the middle of dozens of tourist restaurants in the village. The flan has the cataigne is absolutely wonderful. We will return with pleasure!
