Having spent two weeks in Burgundy having mediocre food, it's been fabulous coming to Honfleur. This place gets hit and miss reviews on TripAdvisor. Big hit for us. Granny is a fussy foodie, wife is a veggie who eats fish, and I'm a carnivore who doesn't eat fish. All boxes ticked and excellent food all round. Staff friendly and great service.
Comes this lunch, very pleasant boss, meals at 21st entry/flat/dessert very good value price! Clean Wc unlike other reviews!! Just a flat to the Mr who serves who is not smiling, a little brouillon, in his service but this says nice anyway!! So I'll come back a little later to see if the Mr has the smile!!!
we sat down to a typical French "Plat du Jour" choice of starters, mains & sweets, all of a good standard with a bottle of Normandy cider. service polite and friendly at a resonable cost what a great place to sit and watch the world go by.

Very good price ratio. The boss is not very smiling but is very kind and expected to face the children and their pestries. The current server loves its business and is dynamic. The kitchen is good. Thanks to the team.
