We feel like we're entering a whole lot of history so the place breathes French tradition! the decoration is surprising the boss is very friendly and dynamic. He traded us a table quickly when there were people. dishes are very good, hearty, and full of flavors and sauces are well worked. We went to this place on the recommendation of our Millesime Hotel concierge Damien. It was our last night in Paris and the meal turned into a three hour conversation with our next table neighbors. The tables are very close in this tinyrestaurant. The food and service were very good to excellent. The owner, chef, waiter, possibly all the same person, made the evening great fun. Beware of the psychedelic bathroom. Suggestion use your hotel bathroom before your visit.
a really good place to taste traditional French cuisine, with reasonable trips and generous portions. the place is small and intimate, with really nice and helpful service crew (especially the smiling nice guy who serves us :p.) they would recommend esp if they are in montparnasse area, it is worth paying for it a visit.
