We are vannetians and do not understand why on 2 dozen oysters, some were very unopened or even broken (although replaced at our request, it is inconceivable that for this price there it arrived at our table). A friend had warmly recommended this establishment. Great disappointment. We had no rinsing, 2 pieces of lemon for 4. We must have insisted that we have our fish rillettes. Unpleasant service. The offence of talking dirty to another beautiful day in front of him, the other tables clearly have the right to a better service.
We booked the day before. The reception was hot, our table was waiting for us. fast service and with a smile. the products proposed were mainly local and of very good quality. We were regaled with hot oysters, mixed cheese and fish tray (smoked salmon, smoke and tuna) ; Finally, the Breton specialties, everything was delicious. the different wines served were perfect. Passing through on the way back from Lorient. The welcome is very pleasant. The place is very classic Chinese canteen , it lacks a bit of decoration. For the buffet, yes it 's basic but you can find what you need there. Missing the Wok, the essential! The foodstuffs are of average quality consistent with the advertised price. THANKS
Discovered by chance, we pushed the door open. A very warm welcome, with a smile. There isn't as much choice and cooking work as some restaurants. But this limits waste. Smaller plates as well (but possible to have larger ones). A cook who listened and restocked. Plus soft drink and coffee included in the price.

I went twice to this "Earth and Sea" bistro on December 5 and 7. A very interesting concept. A team that listens to the client and informs and knows the local products. We can make a classic meal or share tapas. Very good price. All right.
Three funny ladies welcomed us wonderfully and thanks to the shortage of gravlax salmon we had the chance to discover smoked tuna and finish on an excellent kouign-aman bravo... Not to be missed...
Buffet who received us despite the late hour, offered us to get back dishes in the room if needed. The atmosphere is great, family. I highly recommend it.
Very nice restaurant, very warm welcome, delicious oysters, well-stocked aperitif boards and delicious desserts. To do and do it again!
