Lovely food, had Mussels (moules mariniere) they was lovely. Roast beef dinner, with roasts and veg, again very nice part of the 2 course deal at £12 p/person. Only reason that it's not a 5 star is the veg was to share between 2, not sure if this would be the case if the other meal wasn't a roast? Drinks weren't cheap and the meal was a little colder than I'd like...would say warm plates maybe? Would recommend, ours was a £45 bill with small tip
We had a delightful Valentine's evening meal at this restaurant. We arrived at 9pm and the staff were very accommodating. I have a small appetite, so I ordered two starters - the prawns and mussels - both of which were delicious. My date ordered snails and a rack of lamb, which he also enjoyed. Instead of dessert, we opted for coffee. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
My date and I had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant. We arrived at 9 PM and everything was perfect. I ordered a small appetizer of shrimp and calamari, both of which were delicious. My date had snails and lamb chops, which he also enjoyed. We ended the meal with coffee instead of dessert. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
This is a small bistro which has not been hyped up by the media . The food was amazing . All cooked fresh on order and pipping hot. French cuisine . Service excellent too . Friendly and made to feel special. Will defiantly be returning . One of my favourite restaurants Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
they enjoy last night a beautiful meal in this beautiful restaurant. I had a two cursor for £10 and my partner had the sirloin steak for £10 (a steak special on Thursday night). a very pleasant evening. will definitely be back at our next visit to southport.
Birthday dinner for hubby. Enjoyed 3 wonderful courses all expertly cooked and served up. Clean, warm and friendly and the best food we ate in Southport at an affordable price. .. wish we had found it sooner.
