frankly I advise everyone who wants to eat homemade cooking in an extremely warm place! the waitress is on top!!!! really super nice and professional. The boss is adorable!! who makes a kitchen to delight all the mouths who want to feast! ! super affordable prices! from cassoulet to the fisherman's pot! or any other dish on the menu or on the menu!!! a real delight! We're going once a week on the weekend. Always as awesome! !!! I strongly recommend this restaurant. it's rare to find a place today, serieous and super good with a cost of return of the most honest.
The young lady serving (short dark hair and glasses) was a dynamo and worked very hard. Despite that almost two hours for three courses from the set menu was far, far too slow. My cassoulet was warm only and the sausage almost cold. My wife...had the duck with muscat sauce which was very good but her sautéed potatoes were cold and undercooked. My Dame blanche dessert was excellent. We waited an age for the bill. Far, far to slow and the food was not hot enough.
We decided to go to Mirepoix on the way back from vacation. Had a look around on the square for something to eat and just off the square was this fantastic looking place called Chez Pap's. Only a few tables and was crowded. It was absolutely the most wonderful food, made with love, and pride. The waitress was outstanding and I would highly suggest anyone going to this area, to give this place a try. It is worth it
We went to eat a lunch at pap's. From the entrance to the dessert there is nothing to say. dishes are prepared to perfection, rich and tasty. pleasant waitress and boss available for its customers. I strongly recommend this establishment. we will come back with great pleasure

We had the idea of celebrating our wedding anniversary at pap's we had a great evening. a big thank you to the whole team that put the little dishes in the big ones to please us and on canelle always at the top! 1,000 thanks again!

the menu is not very varied but the dishes are good and copyy. the products are fresh and local. the service is very friendly and competent.
