We had lunch at Chez Rose and Alain, and we had a great time. We were at a small table overlooking the pond of Thau, which was very pleasant. The restaurant is located on the exploitation of managers, outside the beaten paths. And it's a quality guarantee: a warm and friendly welcome, fresh and excellent quality products, in short a very appreciated authentic place. The oysters are of an exceptional freshness, very tasty. The mussels are delicious, accompanied by very good homemade fries. There is really nothing to say about this friendly place, with very pleasant and open staff, and tasty dishes at correct prices.
Rose and Alain are producers on the pond. We landed at this address by chance because everything was complete and visibly this place cultivates the secret and is populated by regulars. There is only a very short map that essentially reflects their own production of seafood and the mix is succulent. The terrace on oyster parks and the pond is full of charm just like Rose who makes you share her love of the place and the activity of the pond. To be discovered absolutely.
Last night we discovered this little restaurant outside the beaten paths. An exceptional view of the pond of Thau. We are at a producer of oysters and mussels. Fresher than that is not possible all served with exemplary kindness. Small slate card with the products of the house or producers of the region. We loved the tagliatelles with lemonines caught in the morning. Bravo
Unusual place not easy to find but extraordinary ..... We are greeted as kings We feast with eighty mussels and full of other cooked or raw seafood We don't get tired of the landscape And we meet passionate owners who explain in a pedagogical way the culture of the eighties.... Really advised
After a rather laborious search we find this little bucolic and romantic paradise. A very warm welcome and a quality of products without any reproach. The oysters and mussels really deserve the detour. Fantastic! All with a quality/price ratio impeccable. To discover absolutely.
The view of the pond of Thau and Mont Saint Clair is magnificent, for the rest, the kitchen is correct but the choice is extremely limited, the reception is very pleasant. The most disappointing is to find industrial mayonnaise served with seafood.
During a bike ride, our guide took us to Rose and Alain for a degustation of raw or cooked shells with a small glass of white wine. Everything is perfect, decor, welcome, seafood and 8€ for this degustation is given...
