The warm welcome from my arrival immediately made me comfortable and gave the tone for a pleasant culinary experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and ready to answer all my questions on the menu. The quality of the kebab was simply exceptional. The meat was tender and tasty, perfectly grilled and accompanied by a variety of fresh and delicious ingredients. Hello, I’m not the kind to share opinions on Google, especially negative, but in the current situation it seems essential to express myself We ordered 5 kebab menus (two on seats) and 3 to take away. We are regular customers, and good consumers who are more, but the reception we received and the lack of professionalism is not acceptable. Indeed, on leaving after adjusting, the pocket shredded a few meters from the kebab. (It is obviously the fault of the kebab, which overloaded the pockets, which quickly shredded, below visible) Evidently, we told the staff (the boss) who refused the commercial gesture, or a replacement. No thanks, no forgiveness, and even asked us to repay for a new order....
I would say it is one of the best kebab in this city. An incredible kebab very good and very generously garnished. Nothing to say about food meat is tasty fries too. Perfect services nothing to say. I strongly invite you to go eat there.
Good welcome with the smile we eat very well and it's hearty we are very happy the place is beautiful and very clean when passed on Châtellerault we know or ate It's with pleasure.
