we live in the neighborhood and have already tested this restaurant several times. each time the welcome is warm and the food excellent. It is obviously the classic but safe bo bun and pho but also meat dishes, including caramel pork. Inside the ravioli are delicious and the sauce for the spring rolls a special sauce and not the usual soy sauce insipid, a detail that doesn't mislead!In bonus the price is very correct, with dishes around 10€ and a full meal for 15€ 20€. Be careful it's not very big and some nights this little family restaurant fills up quickly!
I am reviewing Y Lan for a second time because the ownership/management has changed. It is now owned and operated by two very cordial young men. They have removed a table, which makes the small dining area significantly roomier. The menu is simplified, with fewer dishes. Clearly they are learning as they go and starting modestly, but we visited 4 times and found the food quite satisfactory, and will return. I repeat my advice that Y Lan is one of the best value for cost restaurants in the area.

simple and warm welcome, quick service, home cooking. we chose bo bun nems and a tokin soup: excellent! good value quality price.
We took the basics: nems, spring rolls, shrimp ravioli soup, tokin soup. the dishes are good, the welcoming and pleasant service.
