I started working downtown Waco in January and I use to love coming to this Chick-fil-A but I honestly am starting to notice the lack of customer service. There is an employee who when I see I just cringe because I know my experience will not be pleasant. She doesn’t say hello she doesn’t greet you in any way she just stares at you. Well let me correct myself. She greets until she sees me, I hear her greeting the other cars in front of me but when it’s my turn it’s all negative. I usually go there twice a week and She usually works the line outside but today she was at the window. Every time this lady sees me she frowns. The manager stopped by our table and was very friendly as he talked about their status as a trial location for the spicy chicken strips. The staff at the counter were exceptionally nice, too. They had all the original extras—napkins, mayo, ketchup, and so on—available for customers to help themselves rather than keeping them hidden away and requiring us to ask for them. As dedicated Chick-fil-A fans, we really appreciate these little details that enhance the overall experience.
I've had positive experiences at this Chick-fil-A until tonight. After picking up my order, I was halfway through my mac and cheese when I discovered a long black hair in it, and I have blonde hair. I was completely disgusted and felt nauseous. *UPDATE* I decided to give the mac and cheese another chance, but now I can confidently say I will never order it again. This time, I found a sizable piece of plastic—possibly tape—while eating. Where is this coming from?
We've been visiting this Chick-fil-A for years, even more often than the Franklin Avenue location. From ordering to receiving our food, it’s consistently one of the quickest places around. Don't be deceived by the long lines; they’ll have you in and out in no time. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect—it's just an all-around great experience. This restaurant is the reason I have Signature Status on the mobile app.

Considering the location and how busy this place stays it basically runs like a well oiled machine. I was however disappointed to find the mayo and hot sauce were not included in my bag. A couple of napkins would’ve been nice but I managed without them. I will definitely be back but I’ll definitely check my bag before leaving. The sandwich was fresh as always.
Edit.They are the only company that does not trust the delivery drivers and make drivers leave feedback for the restaurant and accept the order in front of them. I leave negative feedback everytime they do that. I will start making them show me the food in the bag and verify it's all there before i accept it.
Food was pretty tasty. Really big location. Location was pretty much in the projects of Waco. Service wasn't the fastest or the best but they were trying their best as these places are busy 24/6. Not 7 because it's chick fil a. HA!Food: 5/5
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always delicious. My favorite part is enjoying meals there with my partner. I wouldn't change a thing!

This place is hustling and buzling. Very good business. Even though looks really busy, I don't have much waiting to get my order in. They put 5 cashiers to served us.Food: 4/5
Grilled chicken nuggets: doesn’t taste like grilled chicken! It tastes like if its boiled chicken! Fries not tasty. No sauces at all in the bags for the drive through :
