This morning when I went I order with a young think her name is coco (she was sweet) I ordered a meal when I got to the window they asked for my card because he said the girl was suppose to charge me for my coffee which I asked for a shot off coffee the rest with ICE since it was suppose to be a meal I thought it wouldn’t be problem. The guy didn’t get his name went to tell his manager. THE MANAGER ROLLED HIS EYES TWISTED HIS NECK walked off if he doesn’t like his job maybe he needs to look for another one. So at this point I’m running late for work my food done got cold from waiting I just said can I have my stuff I’m running late for work. Have better management I would NEVER TREAT ANY OF...
I ordered a Cobb salad from Chick-fil-A and that's how I have to eat it because I can't take the salad back because we only have 30 minutes for lunch. There is almost no cheese and how very little corn and it is simply thrown up there. There were some crispy fried pieces when I ordered grill so you can say that they simply took the crispy and put on the grill, but so it took everything from there when I wanted to complain, I was told that I had to bring the salad back. I'm going six. They told me I had to eat it or bring it back because they can't replace it. I was very annoyed because this never happened before I ate Chick-fil-A all the time and I never had such a problem.
The food we received was not warm, so the rolls were not soft, but we did not complain. We had just started eating when the manager came to our table (together with 2 other tables) tell us that we were at 9:15 (so she could be clean). It was 9:08, and she wasn't even nice about it. These children have no idea what customer service should be. Perhaps the owner should leave an actual adult who is responsible for completing on Friday/Saturday nights. Nevertheless, I get from now on to my Chick-fil-A-Fix at Baylor. Franklin Ave and the mall have been awful lately. They used to be great. I don't know what happened.
Of course the food is still the best fast, and the service is good, but I am generally disappointed in the dining experience. The new layout feels old, booths gone and uncomfortable chairs and tables shoved in. Playground hasn't been open in 3 years, with no timetable for return. Feels crowded and cramped. I love this place. The workers are always so friendly, the food is always accurate and the atmosphere is very comfortable. If I need something, they're very helpful to get it. There is also a plus because it might be long, but it's fast. Also get app there if you go here much it is a good way to earn points, win prizes and order for pickup, and drive through instead of waiting in the line. Top 10 places I like to eat?.
I'll get the Nugget menu. I love the waffleries and nuggets with their Bbq sauce and honey mustard, which is in the packages... the nuggets on point... they have actually spiced their nuggets. I can eat a 10 pieces at McDonald's and get full, but because of the size of the nuggets at chic I don't get any extra waffleries to keep me for a 12-16 hours shift. But until in taste it is very good. The service is pretty fast.

This location is consistently slow they do not direct drive through traffic whatsoever. Do not order express mobile it is often slower than regular drive through orders. I’ve tried the express mobile order 3 separate times and the wait was 25+ minutes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I'll be honest I wasn't the biggest fan because of all the hype but now they got me. I love this place. Fast service friendly down to earth just cooler than ice staff and that's always great. And I love the rewards system. What else can I say...
