We encountered an issue where our drinks were missing, so we waited at the window while they were being prepared. During this time, it became clear that this crew member was doing his best despite being alone. The two girls working right at the window were arranging food and drinks for him, but they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They ignored him when he sought clarification, and one of them dismissed him when he mentioned that he had accidentally given the wrong drinks to a car that had already left. Today, three of us were enjoying our delightful frosted coffees. If you haven't tried these delicious treats for breakfast, you're truly missing out! I was disappointed to discover that they weren't available on the Door Dash menu, so I reached out to see if it was a mistake or if I was just imagining things. It turned out that the ice machine was temporarily out of service. A young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind and mentioned that she would try to add the item back to the menu so I could place my order. Chick-fil-A has been a go-to restaurant for my family due to our numerous food allergies and restrictions in the past, particularly with soy, wheat, and dairy. We appreciated that the grilled chicken products were safe for us. While soy, wheat, and other issues are no longer concerns for everyone, one family member still cannot have milk. Unfortunately, we discovered that the grilled chicken now contains milk. As a result, most of us can only get a drink and fries. We won't be returning.
Of course this Chick-fil-A has all the normal deliciousness expected from their chain. But the staff here is over and above the call of duty nice. The car I was driving broke down in one of their drive-thru lines and rather than get upset, multiple team members came out to help me jump start the car. my favorite Chik-Fil-A layer in green wood. there are so many great people who work there. they are always very friendly and welcoming. eating is fantastic, always fresh, and the lines are moving pretty fast. I have to wait a bit, but it's totally worth eating. also cried to jordan. she's great! it's a pleasure to go there.
The drive through line was wrapped around chick fil a(but don’t let that intimidate you a line out the parking lot is only maybe a 15 min wait here). The fries and chicken were hot/fresh. And last but not least the play place was open once again. Life felt normal again tonight. Life felt good.
This is one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A's to go to. The staff is quick, friendly and the food is consistently up to their high standards. Locations like this is what makes the food live up to the hype!

Their drive thru performance was very sub par. From start of line to getting food, took around 20 minutes. What happened, I thought you were suppose to be quick???
