I recently visited Chick-Fil-A Richmond Road and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. I placed an online order for my kids' lunch items during breakfast hours and called to request that my order be ready when we arrived, as we were in a rush to get to school. The staff member who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and assured me that they would get my order started right away.When we arrived, the staff was unable to locate my order, which was understandably concerning. However, they quickly sprang into action to help me and even allowed me to bypass the line and check with the staff at the window. Great location. They entered the wrong sandwich but they made it right and then gave me a milkshake as an apology. Wasn't a big deal really as Chick-fil-A gets it right 99% of the time and their customer service, as we all know, is always top notch. Ate here multiple times during my business trip here. Every other time was perfect, I clouding a $125 order for several people with everything being different.
I hadn't dined inside a Chick-fil-A since long before the pandemic. I enjoyed the cool atmosphere, and I appreciated the variety of condiment options and napkins available in the dining area. The staff brought our orders to the table, and everyone was really friendly. I can't wait to return; I’m looking forward to eating inside again because it’s such a relaxed environment.
It was a bit unusual to have a person taking orders and payments at the drive-thru, but I actually appreciated it—it was a first experience for me. The service was incredibly fast. Richmond rd location in Lexington. Food was hot and pretty good. They gave us wrong size drinks but did correct quickly. Also stingy with the sauces, asked for 8 chick fila sauces for two large meals and they only gave 3.Food: 4/5
Always a favorite fast food option. This location is super busy and everyone is always nice and friendly. We generally order the salads and nuggets to mix up our meal with good nutrition. The Market Salad is delish!Food: 4/5
Gotta love the Lords chicken. One of my favorite places to get fast food and I'm always disappointed when it's Sunday and I want to go, but can't. Great homade mac n cheese. almost like the picnic style i remember as a kid.
