I recently had the pleasure of dining here for lunch, and I found it to be a delightful experience. For me, the food is a hit or miss. I received a grease sandwich on one occasion. Another time, I ordered a large Dr. Pepper with extra ice. There was barely any ice in the cup. I asked if they could pour some out and add ice. They threw away the cup and gave me a diet Dr. Pepper. Check your food before pulling off. The long lines can probably be avoided if you could order at the speaker and move along. Double lines seem to create chaos. One day, I placed my order in the right lane and was told to pull in after the fourth car in the left lane. I haven't had a positive experience at the Byram location; however, management did replace one of my meals (sandwich and large Dr. Pepper).
This location of Chick-fil-A is consistently the slowest I've ever visited. Tonight, I left the drive-thru, went to Cane’s down the street, got my food, and drove back past Chick-fil-A. I noticed that the same people were still in line. The staff is friendly and the food is good, but be prepared to wait a long time to get it.

Made a quick stop in here because we saw how large this place was and just had to see the inside. It's one of the larger Chick-fil-A locations I've seen but not the largest. Still plenty of room to spread out. The service and food is your typical awesome Chick-fil-A quality!
Please download the app for specials and rewards given by this location and the app. Curbside is the BEST!! With the app you can order ahead and have it at your vehicle in very little wait time. A must with small grandkids!!
Food is good no complaints at all. The service on the other hand is very bad. Long lines and confusion at the window. This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the metro area.
TOOK SO FREAKING LONG. it's been over 45 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. Food taste fine but service sucked. Seven people got their food before us.
