The manager at this Chick-fil-a was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. They got our order wrong and refused to fulfill a simple request for properly prepared waffle fries. Instead, they blamed the kitchen staff and company standards for their shortcomings. The drive-thru is always slow, causing delays in getting orders prepared on time. There are better-run Chick-fil-a locations in the area, and it seems this location could benefit from some intervention from district leaders or corporate to improve their service and focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
This Chic-Fil-A location is literally the best. I almost every morning. 2 Burritos a sausage and the other roasted chicken. Amazing. Delicious. Perfect. Exceptional. The staff is excellent and they open every day at 18:30. I also use the mobile app to submit my order so that the staff will crash into the pick-up area. This place is literally heaven. I tell my family to scatter my ashes in this Chick-fil-A place when I die.
Normally I have a great time. But today the server Angel stuck an attitude in the normally flawless reputation. Not only did he rush through my order. He got my name wrong and when I tried to help him with it. He seemed to get more upset and sniped my order back at me then dismissed Mr like I wasn 't worth his time. Like I said not the typical experience. I think Chick fil A can do better.
I am so thankful that they had employees taking orders in person instead of through an intercom. The young man assisting me was very kind and patient. Due to my voice disorder, it is difficult for me to order food over the intercom. I drove around and discovered that the restaurant was now allowing customers to dine in, so I was finally able to eat here again on occasion.

I normally don't write bad reviews but I come here a lot and they don't pay attention when they take orders. I am lactose intolerant and ask for no cheese every time but they keep getting it wrong. They are too concerned about their delivery time and don't focus on quality. Maybe they need to rethink their system?? Yes!!!
By far one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences I had. I ordered the journey through and when I moved to the window, they told me that there was no order in my name and questioned me several times, even after I had shown evidence for the order. I only got my food 15 minutes later. Not recommended
Check your food before you leave, this place is notorious for leaving food out. It happens about every other time I go there! They just left out about $12 worth of stuff on my order, but they can’t do a refund because I’m unable to drive my whole order back to the store… oof
So what can you say about the chicken folks that has not been said before. The only fast food joint in America that never screws up your order. Everything they have is fantastic! And just ignore the long lines. They can get you through faster than you can say Chic-fil-A.

The food and service at this restaurant are always exceptional! The drive-thru can be busy due to the high number of customers, but it is definitely worth the wait.
It's a pretty good place and really fast especially during busy hours but you should always double check your stuff especially with big orders
