I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by a cashier named Kirie at the restaurant. Arriving at the drive-through window just before closing time, I was greeted by Kirie who assured me that she would still take my order despite the late hour. Even though I offered to turnaround, she insisted on serving me with a smile. The entire team working that Thursday night was incredibly professional and I was truly impressed by their service. In my opinion, Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches out of all the food chains I've tried. I love taking them home and adding extras like Havarti cheese, spicy pesto, and homemade pickles, as shown in this picture. When they cook the chicken at 325 degrees for 5 minutes, melt the cheese in the last minute, and toast the rolls at 275 degrees for 1 minute on each side, it comes out perfectly hot! I always find myself coming back to this restaurant. Every time we order from here, it's no coincidence. We also love using the app! The service is top-notch and the food is delicious.
The experience was not amazing. The meat was tender, but everything else fell short. The sandwiches and fries appeared to be old as they were not crispy or hot. Despite it being an hour before closing, the food could have been freshened up. The price was a bit steep for the quality. However, I give it 3 stars mainly because the staff was extremely friendly and attentive.
I was amazed by the quick service at this restaurant. Within a minute of being seated, my order was taken and my food and drinks were delivered promptly. I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A but this is the least friendliest and most inaccurate drive thru of all the ones I’ve been too. They messed up our sandwiches and also forgot our fries. It wasn’t the typical southern Chick-Fil-A experience I’ve had in Arkansas where everyone was very nice that worked there. The workers were just meh.
We absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and hot, and the staff is fantastic.
I’m not a fan of the set up to get in and out of here. Otherwise it was good for the price.
