This location needs a lot of improvements from food quality to the service employees, which are extremely loud hash brown came out cold and the reheated the ones we sent back how we know that we put black pepper on the ones we sent back . Biscuits were great, but the chicken was salty we will not be coming back to this location. If management is the problem maybe they need a new manager. Lately, the drive-thru times at this restaurant have been absolutely terrible. Save yourself the frustration and visit the Morrow location instead. It's much quicker there. It took me 25 minutes just to move 15 feet and place my order. I will never return to this location.
I placed an order on DoorDash, but unfortunately, the restaurant canceled my order because they were closing and didn't want to fulfill it. I ordered well before their closing time, so I was disappointed with their service.
I spent 20 minutes eating, which is unacceptable. This is not the level of service I expect from this establishment. I will stick to going to Stockbridge as usual, as the service there is not like this.
