The food quality diminishes during high peak times; such as when all the college kids are moving in, or on bad days during the lunch rush. But the team's great demeanor really ties everything together. From the drive through that has tons of resources dumped into it to make it an enjoyable experience, to the flowers on the table when dining in, this location's team has incredible synergy and skill. The building and parking itself could have some improvement, with it being a little tight at times, but what matters, the food and who gives it to you, make this place deserving of 5 stars.
some of the orders were not ready to park and wait. I gave order and only let it be recognized was completely wrong. I had to get out of the car with a sick dog. then no one knew where the guy was with my food when he found me, he was told me I was in white ground. I have a dark grey limousine. it cost 10 minutes to get my order. was frustrated why I'm through the drive thru because just left veterinarian and I had a very sick dog in the car.
Total disappointment. I went through the drive through. Had to guess what to order as they want orders and payment before you get to the same side of the building as the menu.I believe my food had been sitting pre-prepared for a long time.My fries were soggy and flaccid. Chicken sandwich was luke warm and just chicken on a bun. I thought they put sauce or something on the sandwiches. I was wrong.Choosing Chick-fil-A was a mistake.
Avoid the drive through at all costs and do not under any circumstances bring children to this establishment. A customer in the drive through line almost t-boned a car and another drove the wrong way in the drive through line and then proceeded to get out of his car, approach and yell profanities. Always clean when I arrive. Staff is friendly and helpful. In spite of how busy they are, they're always patient with me. Chicken always tastes great, good enough to enjoy without any sauces. But as many a customer will attest to, their sauces are indeed worth gushing about.If you haven't tried their cookies, they're worth every cent.
this place is never super slow. I command doordash and they never start my order until the driver is already there and wait, then fall the driver and it is delayed. I had three orders really late. I can't order from here anymore because I just never know when it actually will show up.
One of the best American restaurants to exist. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it. Customer service is amazing, the food is great and usually everyone is so friendly. You need to go here at least once in your life.

I'm always happy with Kicher-fil-a. every time there's ever been a problem, they fixed it right away. they always have beautiful employees who are polite and communic.
