My mom got a cobb salad for the first time… absolutely amazing. And of course I partook in grilled nuggets with ranch, fries, sweet tea, and my absolute FAVE cookies and cream milkshake. It was a perfect rest from the rush hour traffic after legging Dulles airport and heading back home.Parking: It was a little bit of a backwards parking lot and to me a minute to figure out how to enter from the correct direction. You need to enter from the second drive, and like you are headed to the hotel… then you take a left into the parking lot just before the drive-thru goes off to the left at the very back. Don 't bother going to this location. I got the dirty look for bringing up an issue with my fries. I ordered the large fries in restaurant but clearly they didn 't fill the large container. I brought this up to the team in store and they gave me an attitude. They finally gave me some additional fries after noticing I wasn 't going to budge. Not even an apology.For those of you who argue that fries shrink. Yes I agree they do but I live 2 mins down the road and the pic taken is basically how I received my fries in the restaurant.They skimp on the fries and treat you like an annoyance. I 'll spend my lunch money elsewhere.
Went through drive through and ordered a plain chicken sandwich no pickles and non toasted bun. When it came it had 6 pickles on it so as I was entering the store upset a guy named Peter Kim asked what the problem was and I told him and showed it to him asI walked by and he told me it was my fault because I don't say no pickles even though I did and receipt said it did. He then gotloud on me in front of stuff and costumers so I said if they can speak English this wouldn't happen and he snapped on me again.The lady at the counter was very polite and nice and fixed the issue. This Peter Kim seems to be a fighter and rude.
We decided not to eat in our new Tesla. For the first time we had lunch inside of the restaurant today. So nice. The service was very fast. They brought the food to the table for us. The seats were so nice. Nice table. Even a flower on the table. Never hadi expected such a nice atmosphere from a fast food place

Man i love chick fila its food is so good and the place is clean good food for all times of the dayKid-friendliness: They have a room for the kids to play in while you wait to get your food.
When you buy large fries most of the time the box is quarter full just like they gave you medium fries in large size box. I don’t know maybe manager try to save money or his inventory.
This restaurant always gets my order right. They're friendly , courteous and timely. It's my favorite Chick-fil-A in the area.
This is my favorite location. Everything about Chick-fil-A is awesome! And I absolutely love those chocolate chip cookies!
