I am a regular customer and had the worst customer service experience today. I bought 2 family combos (this was a takeout order) and they didn't want to provide plates. The cashier was super rude and said I had to pay extra for plates. I spent an average of $80 on all this food and they treated me like I wanted to steal some plates from them. Grabbed lunch here, half of chicken w/ 2 sides. Fries and Yuka, Yuka was drier than the desert of Qatar. Bulky looking dude with slick bar hair, gold bracelet is so rude/ ALWAYS has a little smirky attitude like bro relax lol you not flexing on no one. This dude has been working there for years, I did read another review saying they encountered a similar issue, something about the son of the owner, if that's the same dude I wouldn't be surprised. Food was okay nothing special would recommend Sardis before this hole in the wall spot. I've given it to many tries and it still don't hit 4/10 spot
They have some of the best food. I love their Peruvian chicken and choice of side dishes. The chicken is always freshly made and hot. I also like their Lomo and Polo Saltado dishes. Their website and their outside sign says they close at 10pm, but they don’t follow that as I was turned away when I came in at 9pm. Please update your hours so people don’t waste their time.
