This restaurant continually messes up orders, to the point where it's almost amusing. Whether it’s a quiet Monday afternoon at 3:30 in the drive-thru or during a busy lunch rush on the weekend, I can almost guarantee that my order will be wrong. I've lost count of how many times I've had to cook my own bacon at home after being charged for it, or throw away the bread I requested to toast my own, just to move the contents into a new sandwich. It's absurd. Then there's the issue of them frequently running out of white bread around 5:00 or 5:30, and let’s not forget the soup that arrives so cold that it’s too thick to even scoop with a spoon—absolutely unappetizing. I've only been through the drive thru several times and ordered 2 (of many) different kinds of chicken salad. Theres one with the basics and one with fruit and nuts and every thing in between so theres always one the kids will like. Let me just say that I am VERY PICKY about chicken salad. There were no unwanted surprises like fat, skin or gristle or bones. No black veiny chicken pieces. It was if an artist made it and left all the ugly out! IT WAS VERY TASTY!
I had never tried chicken salad until I visited Chicken Salad Chick. I always thought it looked unappealing (I know, I'm particular), but after starting a job in Lagrange, my coworkers convinced me to give it a shot. I hesitated at first, but I’m so glad I did. It made a lasting impression on me. Now, I love stopping by here for my lunch break. Plus, they have the best grapes! They're so firm and just perfect. Thank you for providing such a great experience!
Just started a job here in LaGrange, GA. Went to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch. That was a great idea. Had there Buffalo chicken salad BLT and chicken pablano soup. Both were awesome. If you are in or driving through LaGrange, you should stop to get something to eat.

One of my favorite places for a quick meal. I always order the cranberry Kelly chicken salad and broccoli salad side. Wish the broccoli salad had more salad dressing but it’s good nonetheless.
