The floors are spotless, the play area is frequently cleaned and sanitized, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. We stopped here on our way to Baltimore and every single person was beyond polite. Service was fast and the order was correct. When I went up for a refill, three people went out of their way to ask if I was being helped. This place has customer service on point!
