The favoritism shown towards long-time employees is blatant. I worked here for three months, and it was, without a doubt, the most stressful and overwhelming job experience I've ever had. We were often forced to stand outside in extreme heat, rain, and cold conditions without any rotation; the same two of us would be outside every single day. When management would come to visit, they would pretend everything was fine, although it clearly wasn't. A manager witnessed me being cursed out by a customer and then tried to blame it on me, which was infuriating. There’s a total lack of training for new staff; many new employees are thrown into positions without proper guidance, leading to mistakes...
