The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. There was an incident involving a woman in the children's play area, but the staff responded promptly as soon as they noticed. Douglas did a commendable job of addressing the situation and handled it well. We left before seeing how it concluded, but I was impressed by his effort to address the issues while being respectful to the children and the other parents. If this happens again, I will consider writing a formal letter to document the problem we've encountered. Thank you for the great customer service! We look forward to returning soon.
Hands down...a phenomenal company! My newly Marine son-in-law was coming home on Sept 30, 2016 after graduating boot camp in Parris Island. We only asked for recognition on their signs outside. Not only did they approve our request, they also gave a round of applause as he entered the restaurant. In a back seating section, they had a banner, balloons, and decorated tables for us to sit at. Words can't describe our gratitude for them going over and beyond what was asked for. From the bottom of our hearts, my whole family thanks you! OohRah!
The young lady who took our order this evening exceeded even the company’s high standards. She was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job handling my energetic kids! I wish I had asked for her name, but it didn’t occur to me at the time. My son thinks her name might be Hannah. I also sent a review to corporate with ticket number 8093581 from 7:15 PM on 11/5/22. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for having exceptional staff; it truly makes a difference! This was my best experience ever with this restaurant chain.
Then, the hostess engaged with her and asked if she could have some ice cream. Naturally, I said yes! My daughter's face lit up, and she savored every bite. To top it off, they brought her a book and she enjoyed it throughout the rest of our trip to Greenville. The staff truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their kindness. Commerce Chick-Fil-A is by far the most efficient dining experience I've ever had, thanks to their speedy service and accuracy. This location goes above and beyond the usual Chick-Fil-A standards, delivering exceptional customer service. The employees, managers, and owners all genuinely express gratitude and build a strong rapport with their customers. Keep up the great work, CFA!!!
I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A when the general manager is present because the staff is always on point. I visit nearly once a week. Recently, I ordered a spicy fried deluxe meal but received a regular fried deluxe meal instead. This is the second time this has happened. I really love this place, but I wish the staff would pay more attention to orders.
What can I say? I mean it 's Chick fil a? The Lord 's Chicken. Fast friendly service. Great food. No extra charges for additional sauces. Milkshakes are honestly the best. Lemonade is perfect. Even the diet Lemonade is good. Honestly the best part of theexperience is the Service. It 's hard to get good service in fast food. They pride themselves in it!

The food was delicious, and the service was impressively quick considering the long line. The atmosphere was enjoyable as well. Plus, my dog loved the pup cup treat they provided him. Thank you, Chick-fil-A! Great job!
