Whatever the business model they need to share the magic with other businesses. How, in the middle of covid as well as before and after do they manage the most pleasant folks? How do they always offer great service and good food. They are quick efficientand priced right. I'm not a fast food person but traveling in unfamiliar places you know no matter what this place is gonnaserve it the right way and with a smile. I have never encountered an eye roll or any form or rude behavior. Its also veryclean. I also absolutely love that they hire folks who may have some special needs but work so hard. I wanted to go to Chick-fil-A for over a year. I got a gift card awhile back and had the opportunity to go today. My order was to go and when I got home I checked my order. My first impression was not good. It went down hill from there. My deluxe chickensandwich was cooked and cooked again, at least it looked and tastes that way. It was dried out and looked as though it wasliterally thrown in the box it came in. The nuggets my wife ordered was more like large marbles and not nuggets. They wereovercooked as well. The atmosphere inside was a bit chaotic in the restaurant. I looked forward to a nice new place to eat butI was wrong.
I dropped by for a quick meal. Usually, I’m impressed by the cleanliness, but this time it didn’t quite meet my expectations. While it was clean and the staff did come around to wipe the tables, it just didn't feel as tidy as other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve visited. However, the employees were friendly and polite, and even though it was quite busy, they still provided excellent service. As for the food, it was delicious, just like you would expect from any fast food restaurant.
Once again, even after speaking with a manager who assured our meals would be correct and not missing sandwiches the next time we came through?? we?re missing a meal. And the rest of our sandwiches were made wrong. The fries were absolutely soggy and disgusting. I will not make the long drive to this location anymore. Orders are constantly wrong. So half my kids get food and the other half get the soup we have in the cabinet. This location went way down hill.

Chick-fil-A is usually really good. Unfortunately the last 2 times I visited this particular location in Easton, the food was awful. The fries were cold and soggy, and the nuggets tasted as if someone dumped tons of salt on them. Their spicy chickensandwich however was pretty good. Other than that bad experience.
I stopped by the drive-thru and was very impressed! Despite the long line wrapping around the building, the team was quick and efficient in taking our order. The staff member we dealt with was wonderful! We pulled around and got our food promptly. The spicy chicken sandwich was outstanding!
The chicken temperature could have been better, but at least the Coke was cold. The drive-thru service was not very satisfactory, possibly due to the location and time of day. My family enjoyed it more than I did, but I wouldn't say it was worth the money for my experience.
My chicken sandwich and waffle fries were perfect. Unfortunately I didn't get the Chick-fil-A sauce I asked for. Not the end of the world, but disappointing.

Had dine in 11:30 am lunch. Good food as usual. Quick service. Not too crowded. Quiet enough to have a nice casual lunch and conversation with a friend.
I love chick-fil-a. I've never ever had a bad meal or a bad experience there. If anything I think they're one of the best restaurants around.
