We had breakfast here. We each got a chicken biscuit and egg white grillers. The grillers were alright, the chicken tasted pretty good, but they use two small pieces in the sandwich which can lead to half the meat just kind of falling out. Thebiscuits were fluffy and buttery, but the chicken was dry and had noticable grissle, and I suspect they had been sitting on thehot plate for a while in anticipation of the breakfast rush. Service was reasonably fast and friendly, but there's not a lot ofroom to move around when there's any amount of business. I understand trying to direct the flow of customers, but there wasn'tspace to do so here and it just feels cramped.
The water here is amazing! It has such a clear, crisp taste. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and the staff is very helpful. I was especially impressed by the exceptional customer service from our server, Emmanuel. I was so taken with my experience that I returned to this restaurant twice in one week! The Christmas decorations throughout the restaurant are beautiful. I also appreciate the portable trash compactor that lets customers dispose of food without having to touch the trash bin. Very clever!
Giving 1 Star because they now charge $0.50 +tax for a Pup Cup, that 's a small cup with whipped cream in it. First time I 've ever been charged for one, so I asked the guy who gave me my receipt when they started charging. According to him, his manager said that whip cream was the most expensive item they had. Sad for this, my pup loves her pup cup and chicken nuggets. Maybe there are still Chick-fil-A 's out there that still love their furry patrons, this one sure doesn 't.
My food and drink was ready by the time I was done ordering. The line was wrapped around the building, nearly to the street, however we walked in and had our food within 5 minutes. The supplies were stocked full with condiments and utensils. Tables wereclean, environment was bright and inviting. This landed on one of my best fast food experiences.

I always enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A. Their honey roasted barbecue sauce is my absolute favorite! I appreciate their efficient order-taking process; they really put in a lot of effort to get everything right. Other fast food places could learn a thing or two from them!
The soda has been flat recently, they often run out of kale salad, and the chicken biscuits vary a lot in texture—it feels like there are two different kinds of biscuits.
The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The restrooms were clean and well-kept. The interior was nicely decorated and enjoyable. The food was delicious.
The only negative thing I could say is, sometimes you have to ask again at the window because they mightve forgotten to put it in the bag
