The parking lot was so cramped that it was challenging to enter due to the traffic from the drive-thru. Despite spending the entire summer on renovations, the parking situation has somehow worsened, making it even more difficult to access. Overall, it's quite frustrating just to get into the lot because of the drive-thru congestion. Service was focused on takeout for lunch.
Tried to go through drive thru but they make u circle around the building after almost hitting 2 cars because of how tight it is I make it finally to where I can get in line only to get honked at making it seem I messed up so I circle around only to find out I gotta do all that over again so never coming back to eat if the drive thru is that hard to figure out like damn
Chik fil a is my favorite, by far the best fast food restaurant of all time! The food is consistently delicious, but the drive-thru experience feels like navigating I-75— the exhaust fumes can leave you feeling dizzy before you even make it out. If you choose to walk in, you’ll have to weave through all the traffic just to reach the entrance. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. Great staff, and good food. Cashier made my shake before we found a table and they even made us another shake! Very clean location, Id eat here again next time we pass through Kentucky.
