The app wouldn’t let me place my order, so I had to drive in. When I arrived, they told me it would take 20 minutes, so I decided to check on the status. I asked why the app wasn't accepting orders over $50, and one employee simply said he didn’t know and that he was just following orders. Then another staff member asked what I was waiting for, and when I explained, they told the cook in the back to hurry up with my order as if it didn’t matter. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I can understand things getting slow when they’re busy, but that wasn’t the case today. I’m used to much better service at Chick-fil-A.
