Updating. It 's been over a year now. We 've tried this location many more times. They have never gotten our food to us in a timely Chick-fil-A manner. I 've honestly never seen such an over-staffed and inefficient Chick-fil-A. Go to Dave Lyle Blvd and save yourself a good half hour. ... And then I get home with what should have been a cob salad. It 's not! Nor is it located carb! We 've not had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A yet. It usually takes about 20 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. I even went in and ordered an extra meal and still had to wait 10 minutes after that for my mobile order, meanwhile my extra meal was getting cold. They left out a kids meal (except the drink...
The service was notably slow; they never asked for my name, which became a problem when my meal was placed on the pick-up shelf for delivery services. When I finally located my order, I still had to request my milkshake. If this is part of their standard procedure, then I can only assume it's not the best policy. I really hope this was just an off day for the restaurant and not a regular occurrence, especially considering that my fries were cold and either undercooked or excessively greasy. During my visit, the dining room was closed, leading to a 30-minute wait for my food. To add to the frustration, my drinks were missing. Abby, the manager, was friendly and inviting. When I had an issue with my food, she addressed it quickly and effectively. Her professionalism really impressed me, and I would certainly come back to this restaurant just for the exceptional service I received from Abby.
I absolutely love coming here. They consistently provide excellent service and manage their time well, even with a huge number of customers in the drive-thru! Chick-fil-A really sets a standard for other restaurants to follow when it comes to efficiency and service!

Bad service, lots of people but poor service. The chicken order I don't always recommend comes less than what's on the menu.
