The NACHO BORRACHO was really good and a different take on the standard meat and cheese sauce nachos Im used to. These have a slightly spicy sweet, tangy and creamy sauce spread evenly over salty tortilla chips. The meat to sauce radio was perfect, giving me a bite of smokey grilled chicken in every bite. There is a generous dusting of cilantro on top for those if you who dont like it and a few slivers of red chili that didnt do much for turning up the heat, but they definitely looked nice in contrast with the green cilantro and the reds and whites of the sauces.
