Soon as we got taken to our table by the hostess the table was already dirty, when she came back with a rag she didn't even clean it off probably and there was still food left on the table and all she did was wipe the crumbs onto the chairs. Had to go back up to ask and didn't respond so grabbed the rag myself and finished her job for her. The manager was right there as well and saw the whole thing and didn't say a thing. Would not recommend coming here if this is how the management is.
Honestly, the pandemic has really changed everything, especially dining experiences. It’s become more challenging to maintain personal service. However, our most recent visit on October 4, 2022, resulted in an exceptionally poor service experience. Staff need to be fully trained before working with customers. Chili is usually a go-to choice for us, and we plan to return, but after this recent experience, we’ll certainly consider other options first.
I wanted to go to dinner tonight and nobody came to sit down. I understand that the staff is hard now, but if they don't use a host, they should have someone who monitors the door. 2 bartenders don't do much other than talking. Nobody could sit us? or just tell them how someone is right when they wonder why their dining room is empty? ends. I'm not going to give myself any money that it doesn't want.
It's a Chili's, which is to say another somewhat generic, family oriented sit-down restaurant for just about any occasion. If the Chili's name came down today and the Applebee's name went,I'm no sure I would note much difference. The menu is large enough to probably satisfy most lunch, supper, or dessert desires. First Time visiting this location and the Food and service was absolutely great. We got seated in the bar area pretty quickly. We were greeted by Our waitress Amy and she was so sweet, welcoming and friendly…our food came out promptly, wasn’t really expected that due to the fact they had a slight wait but everything was pretty good. Thank You for a great first impression.
Our first experience was fantastic. Could not have went better. However everything after that we have been left sour. We got a free appetizer so we came and our server at least was new. We asked for more chips 3 times and didn't get them. More drinks and didn't get them. Just leaves things to be desired for the prices.
We definitely won't forget this place—what a shame! The food was enjoyable, and the fries were hot and delicious. We opted for the two-choice deal, which included an appetizer and a main course, and we also got a cheesecake to take home for dessert. Yum! Overall, a fantastic experience: 5/5 for the food!
We visited a restaurant for lunch with three friends and had a wonderful experience overall. The service was excellent, and even though our server was a bit slow, the other staff stepped in to help out, demonstrating great teamwork.
