The first time I went to this Chili’s with my roommate, we’re both served our food very cold and I had to ask them to warm up all of our dishes. We recently ordered from there last night one more time and they forgot my drink and my cheesecakes, when I went back inside and told them that those items were missing, they gave me my items. when I got home we realized that my roommates chicken was undercooked and we also didn’t have our soups that we ordered. I know that that’s my fault for forgetting to triple check our food but still, I feel like we shouldn’t have had that many items forgotten about. Will not be coming back.
The quality of the food has noticeably slipped. It tends to be either undercooked or overcooked, or just doesn't match what I ordered. I'm puzzled as to why Chili's is having such difficulty attracting staff, especially when other restaurants like Red Robin, Olive Garden, PF Chang's, and Outback seem to be hiring without issue. I have no intention of returning to any Chili's again. If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. They might want to seriously rethink keeping their locations open.
My husband and I had dinner at Chili's in Livonia on Friday night and experienced a long wait for our food—an entire hour. We got there at 7:55, but our order didn't arrive until 9:00. To add to our disappointment, the chicken fajitas I ordered were served with completely raw chicken! As soon as the plate hit the table, it was clear the chicken wasn't cooked. After such a long wait, I was so frustrated that I found myself craving fast food instead. Remarkably, the restaurant wasn't even busy!
I went out of my way to visit this particular Chili's, and I’m so glad I did! Not all Chili's locations are equal, and this one definitely stands out for all the right reasons. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. My food arrived hot and was cooked exactly as I ordered. I couldn't have asked for more. A special shoutout to the dedicated kitchen staff that you don't see—they truly deserve recognition! And a huge thank you to my waitress, Raquel, for delivering exceptional service!

This Chili's is incredibly slow. I've been here twice, and even when the place was nearly empty, it still took 30 to 40 minutes for my food to arrive.
My family and I have been fans of Chili's for a long time, so I'll keep this review of this specific location brief.
The portions of the Ultimate Cajun Pasta keep getting smaller, and it no longer justifies the price.
The burger sliders were overcooked and dry, and the corn on the cob was underseasoned.
